Check the status of your application
To check your application status, you will click the link below and then choose "Apply for Admissions." You will then be given the prompt to log in and enter a PIN number. Your log in and PIN number are based on whether you completed a paper application or a web application.
Paper Applications:
Have your Social Security Number and birth date ready. You will be asked to enter a log in, this is your Social Security Number and the pin number is your birth date MMDDYY format. For example, for January 1, 1988 birth date, the pin number would be 010188.
Web Applications:
Use the log in and pin number you created when completing your application on line. If you cannot remember your pin number, please contact the Office of Admissions at 870-972-3024 or 1-800-382-3030.
