Check the status of your application
Paper Applications:
Have your Social Security Number and birth date ready. You will be asked to enter a log in, this is your Social Security Number and the pin number is your birth date MMDDYY format. For example, for January 1, 1988 birth date, the pin number would be 010188.
Web Applications:
Use the log in and pin number you created when completing your application on line. If you cannot remember your pin number, please contact the Office of Admissions at 870-972-3024 or 1-800-382-3030.
