If you live in one of the counties listed below you will qualify for an out-of-state tuition waiver.

Louisiana: Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, East Carroll, Morehouse, Quachita, Union, Webster, and West Carroll

Mississippi: Bolivar, Coahoma, DeSoto, Issaquena, Tunica, and Washington

Missouri: Barry, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Christian, Douglas, Dunklin, Greene, Howell, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Mississippi, New Madrid, Newton, Oregon, Ozark, Pemiscot, Ripley, Scott, Stoddard, Stone, Taney, and Wayne

Oklahoma: Adair, Delaware, Le Flore, McCurtain, Sequoyah

Tennessee: Dyer, Fayette, Haywood, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, Obion, Shelby, and Tipton

Texas: Bowie and Cass

FEES: $10 per year Yearbook fee for full-time students only, $5 per semester Arkansas assessment fee, $20 per semester activity fee, $5 per credit hour student recreation fee, $12 per credit hour athletic fee, $10 per credit hour Student Union fee, $4 per credit hour infrastructure fee, $10 per credit hour technology fee, $6 per credit hour library fee. Parking decal is $50 annually. Some courses require additional fees not listed above.
